Energy, circular economy, and consumer solutions at the 89th TIF

Great public interest in the Treasure Hunt, dedicated this year to the 100 years of TIF–HELEXPO

The 89th Thessaloniki International Fair is fully aligned with the spirit of the circular economy, highlighting eco-design, material reuse to reduce environmental impact, and cutting-edge technological applications for optimal energy utilization through its thematic section “Energy–Circular Economy” in Pavilions 9 and 10. Major energy sector companies are participating, along with businesses offering energy-saving products and solutions for consumers.

In the “Gastronomy–Nutrition” section at Pavilions 4 and 5, a wide variety of retail products is presented, dominated by food and beverages, offering visitors the image of a colorful bazaar where they can browse, taste, and purchase products.

For the second consecutive year, TIF also emphasizes the importance of leisure time through the Hobby Festival, a thematic section dedicated to all forms of hobbies, skills, and creative exploration. From modeling and board games to augmented reality and combat sports, the Hobby Festival (on the upper floor of Pavilion 2) hosts professionals and specialized organizations who share knowledge, techniques, and inspiration with the public.

Meanwhile, the Treasure Hunt, dedicated this year to the 100 years of TIF–HELEXPO, continues to attract great interest. Every day, visitors to the 89th TIF discover its history through play and participate in the big prize draw offering valuable gifts.

Tonight’s rhythm on the Youth Band Battle stage, located between Pavilions 9 & 13, will be set by the band “Mouzikanoi” at 19:30 and “Eleftheria kai 3 Epoches” at 20:00. The competition continues strongly, showcasing the city’s emerging musical talents.

At 21:30, Panos Vlachos takes the stage at the Music Events Live at the TIF Arch, presenting a sound that is firmly rooted in Greek musical tradition while looking

toward the future, without losing its tenderness or intensity. Visitors can attend the concert for free with their exhibition ticket.

Yesterday, Petros Iakovidis energized the crowd at the 89th TIF with his popular songs.

On weekdays, the 89th TIF is open from 16:00 to 22:00.
